Development and Redevelopment Projects

The company's goal is to acquire and construct properties whose value can be increased through development and redevelopment. Through development and redevelopment projects the company is aiming at increasing cash flow and return from retail properties.

All of Citycon's redevelopment and development projects are listed by the project stage in the following four tables.

• The first table contains development projects in progress, as decided by the Board of Directors. Some of these are just partyly approved by the board and need approval for up-coming fases.
• The second table shows development projects under planning. For these projects, an alteration of the city plan is pending or Citycon and/or its partner have a site reservation but the related investment proposal has yet to be submitted to Citycon's Board of Directors for approval.
• The third table lists the projects whose realisation is currently being analysed, but neither an alteration of the city plan has been applied for nor any other official decisions made
• The fourth table contains development projects that have been completed.
