FILING A REPORT ON SUSPECTED VIOLATIONS OF CITYCON’S CODE OF CONDUCT OR SECURITIES MARKET REGULATION


You may raise your good faith concerns or file a report regarding any suspected violation  of the  Citycon's Code of Conduct  or applicable securities market regulations by Citycon's personnel by filling out the web form provided below.

You may report your good faith concerns or reports regarding any violation or suspected violation of the Citycon Code of Conduct through Company’s website by filling out the web form provided below.

Citycon's directors and employees 
Citycon's directors and employees are encouraged primarily to raise their concerns with their supervisors. Reports submitted  by filling out the form below are channelled to the attention of the Board of Director’s Audit and Governance Committee Chairman. If the reporter would like to discuss the matter with the Board of Director’s Audit and Governance Committee Chairman, this should be indicated in the submission.

Citycon's business partners
Citycon business partners are able to report any suspected violations concerning Citycon’s directors and employees breaching the Citycon's Code of Conduct using the form below. Reports submitted by business partners are securely channelled to the attention of the Citycon’s Head of Legal Affairs. If the reporter would like to discuss the matter with the Head of Legal Affairs, this should be indicated in the submission.  


Filing a report 
When raising concerns or filing a report on a suspected violation, the reasons supporting the belief that a violation has occurred, is occurring or is likely to occur should be explained in order to apprehend and solve the alleged problem. Should an anonymous report be filed, a factual description would be useful in order to solve the situation.

The data obtained through a submission will be processed on confidential basis and in accordance with the applicable data protection and other regulations.
