Property Portfolio

At the end of 2012 Citycon owned and managed 37 shopping centres and 40 other retail properties. The market value of the property portfolio totalled EUR 2,714,2 million. 

Market value of the properties located in Finland totalled EUR 1,659.0 million, in Sweden EUR 739.2 million and in the Baltic countries and Denmark  EUR 316.0 million at year end.
