Registration Document

Registration Document contains information on the company, its business operations and its financial position, and it has been prepared in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act. The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has approved the Registration Document on 23 September 2011 and it will be valid for the next twelve months.

According to Citycon's policy, the company will have a valid Registration Document available at all times.

The Registration Document is available as of 26 September 2011, for a period of its validity in the Finnish language at the corporate website, and as a paper copy in Finnish and English at the offices of the company at Citycon Oyj, Pohjoisesplanadi 35 AB, FI-00100 Helsinki, Finland as well as at NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd.'s service point at Fabianinkatu 14, FI-00100 Helsinki, Finland. Paper copies of the Registration Document in Finnish and English can be ordered by sending an e-mail at info@citycon.fi.
