The centre, just outside central Bergen, was expanded by 8,000 m2 in November 2014 to include about 70 shops, a health centre and offices for Bergen Municipality. There are 850 parking spaces, including 650 indoors, to serve customers arriving by car.
Oasen is in continous change, and we look forward to welcoming several new tenants in the spring of 2021. In connection with the re-build of the entrance by the new bus terminal we will establish more F&B concepts. Oasen Senter will be a social zone in Fyllingsdalen. Furthermore Bergen municipality will establish a Family House at Oasen, which will provide an even better and wider health services, as well as ensure a new customer group to the centre.
1. There is an estimated population growth in Fyllingsdalen of 33 percent in the years to come.
2. The new light rail (Bybanen) will come to the centre in 2022/2023, which will strengthen Oasen as an urban hub linked to public transportation.
3. A high share of health and F&B will ensure that Oasen is a place where families want to spend more time.
