What does Citycon do?

Citycon is a leading owner, developer, and manager of urban hubs in the Nordics. We operate mixed-use, necessity-based centres which are in the major cities across the Nordics and Baltics. We create value for communities by developing urban hubs for shopping, working, living and leisure.

What types of positions do you hire most often?

We primarily recruit professionals and managers for our centre teams, including roles such as Centre Managers, Property Managers and Centre Coordinators. In addition, we actively hire professionals across the real estate business, for example in leasing, finance, HR, marketing, and IT. We welcome talent with diverse backgrounds who are eager to grow, share their expertise and build a meaningful career while working together to shape the urban hubs of the future.

What does your recruitment process look like?

Our aim has been to make the recruitment process as well-structured as possible. Typically, it progresses from submitting an application to one or two personal interviews, depending on the role. In most cases, you will first meet the hiring manager and a representative from HR, and later in the process also other members of the team.
