The role involves shaping the tenant mix, strengthening the overall customer experience, and driving the long-term value growth of the centre in close collaboration with various professionals. The Centre Manager acts as the visible representative of the centre and ensures smooth daily operations as well as the achievement of strategic targets.
Property Manager
Property Manager plays a key role in ensuring the maintenance and safety of the centre. They are responsible for property repairs and work closely with service providers. Property Manager sources and assesses proposals for both maintenance and renovation projects, oversees the delivery of technical services, and manages the coordination of external contractors. The role includes planning and conducting inspections, managing documentation and reporting, as well as optimising costs and improving operational efficiency.
Centre Coordinator
Centre Coordinator plays a significant role in maintaining and coordinating the centre’s daily operations. Centre coordinator is responsible for promoting and supporting both customer and tenant satisfaction.
