Leasing Manager is responsible for leasing the centre’s retail premises as well as supporting development projects. The role involves identifying potential domestic and international tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and brokers. The position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills and is conducted in close collaboration with the entire centre team.

Specialty Leasing Manager

Specialty Leasing Manager is responsible for special and short‑term leasing outside traditional retail units. This includes automated kiosks, corridor cafés, advertising displays, and promotional areas. Key duties involve identifying and approaching potential clients, managing requests for proposals, taking part in contract negotiations, and overseeing existing lease agreements while maintaining strong customer relationships.
