The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has on 30 November 2012 approved Citycon Oyj’s (the “Company”) registration document which complies with the Finnish Securities Market Act and contains information on the Company, its business operations and its financial position (the “Registration Document”). The Registration Document is valid for a period of up to 12 months following its publication.
The Registration Document is available as of today, 3 December 2012, for a period of its validity in the Finnish language at the corporate website at www.citycon.com/registrationdocument, and as a paper copy in Finnish and English at the offices of the Company at Citycon Oyj, Korkeavuorenkatu 35, FI-00130 Helsinki, Finland as well as at NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd.’s service point at Fabianinkatu 14, FI-00100 Helsinki, Finland.
