Accounting Professionals

The professionals in the accounting team are responsible for the Group’s external financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and EPRA standards as well as local legislation. Their tasks include Group-level management and operational performance reporting, valuation, interim reports in collaboration with the Investor Relations and Treasury teams, preparing Group-wide guidelines, conducting property valuations, and supporting the preparation of annual reports.

Treasury Professionals

The professionals in the Treasury team function as the internal bank for the Citycon Group and are responsible for financing, cash management, and financial risk management. The team’s responsibilities include internal financing for group companies, monitoring and forecasting liquidity, managing banking relationships, and hedging interest rate and currency risks with derivatives, as well as handling bank guarantees and reporting on financing transactions.

Finance Professionals

The finance professionals are responsible within their teams for the overall financial overview of Citycon’s various business areas and support the operations by ensuring reliable reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The teams work in close cooperation with local management and other Nordic teams, develop processes and reporting practices, and participate in financial analyses and project execution.
