Amendment to Article 4 of Citycon's Articles of Association entered in the Trade
Register
The amendment to Citycon Oyj's Articles of Association, as decided by the
Extraordinary General Meeting on 17 May 2010, has been registered in the Finnish
Trade Register today, 24 May 2010.
The amended second paragraph of Article 4 of the company's Articles of
Association now reads as follows:
"The Board of Directors elects from among its members a Chairman and one or
several Deputy Chairmen."
