Another recognition for Rocca al Mare: nominated for RLI Shopping Centre Renovation of the Year Award

 Shopping centre Rocca al Mare´s redelopment and extension project has been shortlisted for Brittish Retail & Leisure magazine´s  "RLI Shopping Centre Renovation of the Year Award". The winner will be announced at the RLI Gala, that is held at the London´s Natural History Museum on 9th June.

 

 Citycon redeveloped and expanded Rocca al Mare in 2007-2009. The project was done in phases, and the wholly redeveloped shopping centre opened in November 2009. Rocca al Mare has been almost fully let since the opening. In the fall 2010 it was found in an independent survey to be the most popular shopping centre in Tallinn.

 

 Rocca al Mare is also a finalist for ICSC (International Council of Shopping centres) ICSC Shopping Centre Awards 2011 competition of large refurbishments and expansions. Also the winner of this competition will be solved in June.
