Change in the Board of Directors of Citycon Oyj

 Mr. Dor J. Segal, member of the Board of Directors of Citycon Oyj, has announced his resignation from the Board of Directors as of 11 October 2012. Following his announcement, the Board of Directors has decided to give notice to an Extraordinary General Meeting of Citycon Oyj to be held on 11 October 2012 to decide on the appointment of a new member to the Board of Directors. The notice to the Extraordinary General Meeting will be released separately.

 

 The Board of Directors expresses its gratitude to Mr. Segal for his valued contribution to the Board since 2004.
