Citycon Oyj's Annual and CSR Report 2009 published

Citycon Oyj's first integrated Annual and Corporate Social Responsibility Report
2009 has been published in Finnish and English today. The report also includes
the Financial Statements and the Report by the Board of Directors for the
financial year 2009, published on 10 February 2010.

Citycon's first CSR Report describes the company's economic, social and
environmental responsibility with respect to its various stakeholders applying
the recommendations issued by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) concerning
the content and reporting principles in CSR reporting. Citycon's self-declared
GRI Application Level of the report is C. This level has been verified by a
third party.
