Citycon Oyj's combined Annual and Sustainability Report 2011 has been published in Finnish and English today. The report also includes the Financial Statements and the Report by the Board of Directors for the financial year 2011, published on 8 February 2012.

The Annual and Sustainability Report is divided into five main sections: Promise, Business Units and Property Portfolio, Sustainability, Facts and Figures as well as the Financial Statements. Each section forms its own entity. To ease reading, key indicator tables from all sections have been gathered in one place on pages 79–94 under the Facts and Figures section.

Citycon’s third Sustainability Report describes the company’s economic, social and environmental responsibility with respect to its various stakeholders. In its sustainability reporting Citycon applies the Global Reporting Initiative’s (GRI) new Construction and Real Estate Sector Supplement (CRESS) recommendations including guidelines on the content of sustainability reporting and reporting principles. In the reporting of environmental responsibility Citycon applies also EPRA’s Best Practices Recommendations on Sustainability Reporting. Both guidelines were published in September 2011.
