The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has on 23 September 2009
approved Citycon Oyj's (the "Company") registration document which
complies with the Finnish Securities Market Act and contains
information on the Company, its business operations and its financial
position (the "Registration Document"). The Registration Document is
valid for a period of up to 12 months following its publication.
The approval of the Registration Document is a result of a new
Citycon policy to have a valid Registration Document available at all
times in the future.
The Registration Document is available as of today, 25 September
2009, for a period of its validity in Finnish and English at the
corporate website at www.citycon.com/registrationdocument, and as a
paper copy at the corporate head office at Citycon Oyj,
Pohjoisesplanadi 35 AB, FI-00100 Helsinki, Finland as well as at
NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd.'s service point at Fabianinkatu 14, FI-00100
Helsinki, Finland.
