Citycon's retail centre transaction in Sweden postponed

Citycon Oyj, a property investment company specialised in retail premises,
acquired in September three retail centres located in Åkermyntan, Kallhäll and
Fruängen in Stockholm Metropolitan Area, Sweden. The transaction was expected to
close on 1 November 2005. However, the seller has announced that it has not yet
obtained all the permits required for the closing and as a result the parties
have agreed to postpone the closing date. The closing is now expected to take
place on 1 December 2005.
