Citycon's rights issue prospectus available
On 29 March 2006, the Finnish Financial Supervision Authority approved the
prospectus related to Citycon's ("the Company") rights issue. The prospectus
published today has been prepared in accordance with the Finnish Securities
Markets Act and the Finnish language version is available at the Company's
Internet site www.citycon.fi.
The Finnish language version of the prospectus will also be available at Nordea
Bank Finland Plc's Internet site www.nordea.fi/sijoita as of 31 March 2006. The
