Citycon's share capital increase entered in the Trade Register
Citycon Oyj's share capital increase of EUR 36,821,181.15 related to the rights
issue has today been entered in the Trade Register. The 27,274,949 new shares are
recorded in the book-entry accounts of the shareholders and are subject to public
trading on the Main List of the Helsinki Stock Exchange together with the other
Citycon shares as of 2 May 2006. The new shares entitle to full dividend and
entitle to other rights attached to the shares in the company as of today.
After the increase the registered share capital of Citycon Oyj amounts to EUR
222,707,673.45 and the total number of shares to 164,968,647.
