Citycon's shopping centre transaction in Greater Stockholm Area finalised

On 26 June 2006, Citycon announced the signing of an agreement to acquire the
entire stock of BHM Centrumfastigheter AB, which owns 100% of the Jakobsbergs
shopping centre in the municipality of Järfälla, located in the north-western
part of the Greater Stockholm Area in Sweden. Closing of such transaction took
place today. The transaction has been described in greater detail in the
