Citycon's Shopping Centre Transaction in Greater Stockholm Area Finalised
On 15 December 2006, Citycon announced the signing of an agreement to acquire the
entire stock of Tumba Centrumfastighets AB. The company owns Tumba Centrum, a
shopping centre in the municipality of Botkyrka, south of Stockholm. Closing of
such transaction took place today. The transaction has been described in greater
