Citycon's shopping centre transaction in Lithuania finalised

On 29 May 2006, Citycon announced the signing of an agreement to acquire the
Mandarinas shopping centre located in Vilnius, Lithuania. The closing of such
transaction took place today. The acquisition of the shopping centre is part of
Citycon's expansion strategy in the Baltic countries. The transaction has been
