Closing of the retail centre transaction in Sweden
On 15 September 2005 Citycon Oyj announced the signing of an agreement to acquire
three retail centres located in Åkermyntan, Kallhäll and Fruängen in the
Stockholm Metropolitan Area, Sweden. The closing of such transaction took place
today. The transaction is in line with Citycon's growth strategy to expand its
business in Scandinavia and the Baltic countries. The transaction has been
described in greater detail in the company's stock exchange release issued on 15
September 2005.
