Correction to Citycon's amended stock option terms
Citycon has on 24 March 2006 announced the decisions made by the company's Board
of Directors concerning the amendments to the terms of share subscription
pursuant to the company's 1999 and 2004 stock options as a result of the rights
issue.
The amended share subscription price pursuant to 2004 A stock options was
incorrectly announced to be EUR 2.0451. The correct amended share subscription
price is EUR 2.2336. Each 2004 A stock option entitles to subscribe for 1.0611
shares. Half of future dividends, if any, will be deducted from the subscription
price. The share subscription period pursuant to 2004 A stock options will
commence on 1 September 2006.
