notification dated 11 November 2003, in accordance with chapter 2
section 9 of the Securities Markets Act, in which Sampo Plc has
declared the following:
Sampo Life Insurance Company Limited's percentage holding of
Citycon Oyj's share capital and voting rights has gone below 5% as
a result of a transaction effected on 10 November 2003.
Under chapter 2 section 9 of the Securities Markets Act, the
Finnish Financial Supervision Authority and Citycon Oyj are
informed of the following information:
