Citycon's Annual and Sustainability Report 2013 was acclaimed as one of the best in the industry in the EPRA Annual Report survey. The European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA), which represents leading listed real estate companies in Europe, awarded Citycon a gold award in the Financial Best Practices series for the fifth year running. Citycon also received the gold-level award in the Sustainability Best Practices series for the third time.

EPRA assesses the annual reports and financial statement materials of 84 European listed real estate companies. The awards are given to companies based on their compliance with the EPRA Best Practices Recommendations (BPR), which aim to promote consistency and transparency in reporting in real estate companies across Europe. This year, 25 companies were granted EPRA gold recognition for their annual report.
