Citycon Oyj's Extraordinary General Meeting that took place in
Helsinki today elected Mr Ronen Ashkenazi as a new member to the
Board, replacing Mr Amir Bernstein, who has resigned from the Board,
for a term that will continue until the closing of the next Annual
General Meeting.
Mr Ashkenazi, B.Sc. (Civil Engineering), born in 1962, is an Israeli
citizen and he has 25 years experience in the real estate industry.
He is the CEO and minority shareholder of Gazit Globe Israel
(Development) Ltd., a subsidiary of Gazit-Globe Ltd., the main
shareholder in the company. Gazit Globe Israel (Development) Ltd. is
mainly focused on shopping centre development.
