SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE REGISTERED IN THE TRADE REGISTER
Citycon Oyj's share capital increase of EUR 13,500,000 related to the
directed share offering 2004 has been registered today on 24 September
2004 in the Trade Register. The 10.000.000 new shares are estimated to
be in public trading on 27 September 2004.
After the increase the registered share capital of Citycon Oyj is EUR
156,300,108.30 and the total amount of shares is 115,777,858.
