Subscription of Citycon shares exercising stock option rights 2004 B
A total of 645,478 new Citycon shares were subscribed for by exercising stock
options B under the company's 2004 stock option scheme between 15 and 31 March
2010. The new shares were registered in the Finnish Trade Register today and
will be traded on the NASDAX OMX Helsinki exchange together with the other
Citycon shares as of 23 April 2010.
A total of 3,274 shares were subscribed for at a per-share subscription price of
EUR 2.5908 and a total of 642,204 shares at a per-share subscription price of
EUR 2.5208. Dividend and other shareholder rights attached to the new shares
became effective today. Each share entitles its holder to one vote.
Following the increase, the number of Citycon shares totals 222,360,952. The
share subscription price of EUR 1,627,350.14 was recorded in the invested
unrestricted equity fund, so there was no change in the company's registered
share capital, which amounts to EUR 259,570,510.20.
The share subscription period of B options expired on 31 March 2010 and said
option rights can no longer be exercised for share subscription. The unexercised
17,002 option rights 2004 B will be deleted as worthless from the book-entry
securities system and from their holders' book-entry accounts.
