Norwegian Varner Group has several strong fashion brands like Cubus, Dressmann and Volt. All of them are very well known in the Nordics.

The Expansion Director of Varner Group, Frank Lehne, thinks that modern multi-service shopping centres are also best locations for fashion retailers. Customers have many reasons to visit frequently, if shopping centres offer also services, restaurants, cafés and entertainment. Customers may end up buying clothes, even though the original reason to visit would had been something different.

‘In shopping centres we do our business and in shopping centres we earn our money’, Lehne says.
